Regarding terminology , the use of the words “we” or “us” or “our” refers to Sarah McKenzie Art and the use of the word “you” or “yours” is implying the user or customer accessing this website.

We will endeavour to keep this information updated, and this may mean there may be alterations or changes to the terms and conditions and or policies in the future. We will try to ensure that when a significant change occurs this information is clear, however it is your duty to refer to these conditions at the time of accessing and using this website. Being aware of the conditions is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to make changes to pricing and what products are offered for sale and therefore reserve the right to withdraw products if we choose.

Full payment is required prior to either the collection of, or shipping of artwork.

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and vary depending on size , weight and location.

In Australia, packages are sent via Australia Post up to a size of 1m. Above this size a courier service needs to be arranged. International shipping can be arranged upon request after a personal quote. We are not responsible for any additional custom or duty fees your country may have. Insurance for International Shipping will also be quoted and an additional fee to shipping costs.

We endeavour to pack and send your orders with great care to ensure they arrive safely. Prints will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and in either a rigid mailer or a sturdy cardboard tube to ensure safe delivery.

Original Artwork will be carefully wrapped and packaged and encased in sturdy cardboard. If however they arrive damaged please notify me as soon as possible via email: info@sarahmckenzieart.com with pictures of the damaged artwork , frame or print, pictures of the shipping label and damage to the box (where applicable) so we can look to rectify the situation where possible. Artwork will be insured during shipping in Australia. Where damage has been incurred during transit or items lost, we will seek to resolve this issue directly through the carrier. Replacement for items such as damaged prints can be arranged when this is justified. Refund and replacement is at the discretion of Sarah McKenzie Art. If Original artwork is damaged in transit we will seek to arrange resolution of damages through the postage carrier, bearing in mind that the original product by nature will not be able to be replaced with exactly the same artwork.

Where a refund is deemed necessary, this will be processed the same way you made the original payment.

Where both original artwork and a print order are placed in the same order the shipping prices will remain additional and separate for each item as the print orders will be shipped directly from the printing service - House of Print and the original artwork will be shipped from Ballarat.

Unfortunately we cannot accept change of mind for artworks or prints as a reason for refund. Once an order is processed with payment it is considered final. Prints are custom printed on demand and I do not hold print stock. We do our best to accurately represent the artwork and prints with photos and colours however there may be slight variations in the colours seen on your computer or screen device from the actual product. We cannot be held liable if the artwork doesn’t represent what you had in mind.

By accessing this site and where potentially personal information is exchanged for the purpose of a sale for example, we assume you are above the age of 18 years. Please notify us in the event of a breech of this so we can delete any necessary information.

All copyright and reproduction rights are reserved by the artist - Sarah McKenzie Art as per the Copyright Act 1968. Whilst you may purchase the artwork supplied on the website you are not able to then use this for your own reproduction purposes.
